It almost feels weird reading a Danielewski book that is not an ergodic maze of text, but Tom's Crossing is a testament to the fact that his writing stands on its own.
Tom's Crossing is a western epic that had me enraptured from start to finish. The mixture of tension and mystery combined with a masterful sense of rhythm makes it a real page-turner. And God knows you're gonna be turning a lot of pages if you are to reach the finale!
